Collaboration with 4 Noses Brewing in Broomfield, CO.
This West Coast IPA starts with a base of 100% super cool floor-malted pilsner malt from Leopold Bros in Colorado (which is primarily a distillery that makes their own malt!), providing a pale, clear framework with a subtle grassy note. We loaded Idaho 7, Simcoe and Cashmere hops into the kettle for bitterness and flavor and then again during the dry-hop for flavor and a pungent aroma of pine, peach and tangerine.
