A blend of barrel-aged mixed-culture ales over two years old that were conditioned on second-use Montmorency tart cherries (used in our Cerise de Chance). Finished on a blend of Sumatra and Papua New Guinea coffee beans air-roasted locally by Ember Coffee Company here in Big Lake, MN.
