The malt base provides a framework of light bread and melon, while fermentation on Spanish Cedar spirals adds notes of citrus, sandalwood and white pepper. To bring it all together, the Contessa and Vista hops add on layers of citrus, melon and pear, yielding a pale ale that is beautifully balanced between malt, hops and wood.
