Collaboration with the City of Albertville, Minnesota.
In celebration of the City of Albertville's 100th year, we have teamed up to brew "Centennial", a pre-prohibition style hybrid lager, with Centennial hops. At 4.8% ABV, this beer is crisp, clean, a perfect for a fall day of celebration!
Brewed in the vein of a Pre-Prohibition lager(Prohibition was 1920, so the year after the city was founded), except fermented with a Kolsch yeast to enhance a light, fruity character and to complement the Centennial hops.
