We crafted Sophistry 02 with a malt base very similar to our wonderful Hooey IPA. But, that’s where similarities end. We threw a whole bunch of pure Mosaic Lupulin powder from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops into our custom built whirlpool. We then hit the beer with a big dry hop of Eldorado and a cool new hop from Yakima Chief called Sabro. Our first experience with Sabro did not disappoint. This hop is bursting with beautiful notes of coconut and tropical fruit that really shine in this beer.

Malts: Pale Ale, Caraplis, Flaked Barley

We took the same great malt base of Sophistry 02 and hit it with a massive amount of Citra and Mosaic Lupulin Powder in our custom whirlpool. Just for fun, we hit this beer with an astronomical amount of Galaxy and Kohatu, along with a big shot of more Citra just because we can. Huge notes of papaya, passionfruit, mango are ready to bang your buds. Get some before it’s gone!

A big, chewy malt base heavy in oats gives way to a massive hit of tropical and citrus hops. With more hops than we’ve ever put in our custom built whirlpool, then finished with a massive dry hop of Citra, Sabro along with a cool new hop blend from New Zealand called Motu.

Fruitsmack is an IPA with Raspberry and Vanilla. This limited IPA series will feature a new fruit for each batch, selected by the brew master himself to showcase how fruit and hops can dance together in perfect harmony. Hazy in appearance with a soft finish and minimal bitterness, Fruitsmack will attract beer geeks and novice craft drinkers alike with its sweet, fruity taste.

Sexy Hops is a series of one-off IPAs brewed with the sexiest hops available today. Each beer will be a different and unique showcase of some of today’s hottest hops.

Sexy Hops #1 – We dropped loads of New Zealand Kohatu and Australian Vic Secret dry hops into a base of the finest Maris Otter malt. Bright waves of passion fruit, pineapple, tropical fruit and lime abound in this sexy brew.

Sexy Hops #2 -this one is dry hopped with loads of Azacca and Waimea into a base of the finest Maris Otter malt.

A single malt, single hop, hazy pale ale series showcasing the finest ingredients in the world. Thomas Fawcett Pearl malt’s rich and bready flavors create a wonderful base for the huge pineapple and tropical fruit flavors of the Sultana hop.

Many people are saying that juicy, hazy IPAs are all the rage. Sad! Fake news! Everyone knows piney IPAs are the greatest IPAs in the history of IPAs. Believe me, the bold, piney hops and rich malt of this beer are tremendous, just tremendous. It’s fantastic, everyone agrees….China!

Collaboration brew with Odd 13 Brewing in Lafayette, CO. This version of Operation CoHoperation is crafted on a base of Thomas Fawcett Maris Otter malt, Flaked Barley, Triticale (a hybrid of Rye and Wheat), and a fun Blue Serenade malt from Troubadour Malting out of Colorado. The hop showcase here are two hot new South African hop varieties – Southern Star and Experimental variety XJA2.
